All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We use Shopify, with Stripe and PayPal as our payment providers. By purchasing from us, you agree to their terms as well.

Prices may change at any time, but once you place an order, your price is locked in.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days, but during busy periods (like sales or holidays), processing may take longer — we’ll keep you posted if so.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. That said, we remain responsible for ensuring your order arrives, in line with Australian Consumer Law. If it goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help.

Returns & Faulty Items

We want you to love what you ordered — but if it’s not quite right, you may be eligible for a return.

Faulty items: If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us ASAP. We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Customs & International Orders

If you’re ordering from outside Australia, your parcel may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are your responsibility, and we’re not able to reimburse them.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
