All Huck Theory orders are packed and shipped from Australia.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
During busy periods, please allow a little extra time while we get everything packed properly.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Shipping Rates
Australia & New Zealand
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Express Shipping (Australia)
Flat rate: $9.95 AUD
International Shipping
Flat rate: $20 AUD worldwide.
We aim to keep international shipping as fair and accessible as possible for our global community.
Delivery & Authority to Leave
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave unless otherwise requested at checkout.
This means your parcel may be left in a safe place if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Huck Theory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels after delivery confirmation.
If your parcel is missing after being marked delivered, we recommend:
Checking around your property and mailbox
Asking neighbours or building management
Contacting the shipping carrier directly
If a parcel is officially deemed lost by the carrier after investigation, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs processing times may occasionally cause delays that are outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Huck Theory is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
