The 2025 Australian winter has been one of the best we've seen in years, with snow dumps that just keep on coming the season feels endless (are we mad about it? No). But the fresh pow isn't the only thing worth talking about.

So, what's been happening BTS? Let's just say... a lot. 

From Buller to Perisher, Ullr has been generous to us this year and riders are dropping into some of the best conditions we've seen in a hot minute. 

But beyond the slopes? There's been a major push to elevate the snow scene and for us at Huck Theory this has been a huge season for us BTS. We've been working on gear that actually fits well, moves well, feels great and looks even better - all while staying true to our mission of doing women's snow gear differently and by differently we mean, thinking about what we actually need out there on the slopes! 

The Culture Shift: Snow is for Everybody. 

Gone are the days where the snow scene felt exclusive to hardcore riders or seasoned pros. The vibe is all about inclusivity - whether you're carving your first turns, cruising the groomers or sending it a bit harder than you should in the park, more women, beginners and casual riders are hitting the slopes and the focus has now shifted from how "hardcore" you look to how much fun you're having with your buds - and we're here for it! 

What's Next?

With September now here and the snow continues to dump, there's no sign of this dream season slowing down. 

For us? The good news is, it's always winter season somewhere! So there will be no slowing down for us even once our season decides to end. We'll be continuing to drop lush hoodies and beanies for your coldest days to balmy Après arvos in Spring.
